Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. While we understand that emergencies and other unexpected situations do arise, the Heart Center of Cypress requests you provide our office with 24-hour notice in the event that you are unable to make an appointment and need to reschedule.
A missed appointment without notifying our office (no show) or cancellation without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of $50. This fee will not be covered by your insurance and will be charged to the patient.
Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in termination of our services at our discretion.
This cancellation policy ensures the Heart Center of Cypress can remain consistent with its purpose and promise to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to each of our patients.
