Dr. Ekpete earned her medical degree from ATSU-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida, and her fellowship in cardiology at Medical City in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dr. Ekpete has a wealth of experience treating a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, shortness of breath, heart attacks, heart failure, palpitations, and chest pain. She is also passionate about cardiovascular disease prevention, and she works with her patients to develop individualized plans to reduce their risk of developing heart disease.
